Lunch & Dinner Meeting Info

Meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month alternating lunch and dinner meetings every other month

 

• Lunch meetings (even numbered months):

      February – April – June – August – October – December

• Dinner meetings (odd numbered months):

      January – March – May – July – September – November

Location: West Seattle Golf Course Banquet Hall

Normally, the monthly meetings are held at the West Seattle Golf Course

            Except during the Covid-19 Shut Down

The meals are normally served buffet style & WSDW provides lovely desserts

 

If you don’t want a meal, there is a $7 program fee which covers the program, coffee/tea & dessert 

($7 applies to both members and guests)

Reservations:

Please RSVP by the Sunday prior to the 4th Thursday meeting

Meeting invitation/notices are sent by email about 10 days prior to the meeting

If you need to cancel

Please cancel by Sunday night,

as we have to give an accurate count to catering first thing Monday morning

Payments are by cash or check at the door

No Shows will be billed, as once the count is turned in, we are obligated to pay the caterers
